Struggle to get a refund

On 5 October 2012 Homemark telephonically sell me a navigator as well as a steamor. They than took the amount of R3199 from my account fully aware that they were unable to provide the product. When I received my bank statement on the second of November I noticed that the money was withdrawn on the 29 October 2012. After calling them to require why they took the money whilest they were aware that they were unable to deliver they tried to bully me into buying something other for the money on which I asked for a full refund. This is not happening not even after I tread them with lawyers. First a Xolani was to settle the matter with me which never happened after several calls during December and a promise that the refund will be made by the 24 December 2012. After him there was a Thabiso who agreed to help only till he was able to smear of another product on me. Than came a Kate who twice promised to come back to me and yet I still await my refund since November 2012 and we are at the 5th of May 2013. After several calls that cost me about R300 and several emails I still wait for the refund. I search their facebook page and discovered that others have the same problem. Help please.
