Extra Credit Given Without My Concern

Good day

This is related to the query I sent a few months ago with ref number : 1901130040/GO.

Since Edgars did not help me in anyway before, I decided to pay up the account and close it.
Currently my Edgars account is up to date and I recently found out that Edgars has already listed my name on ITC as a slow payer even while I was paying the account every month.

Since my account is up to date I would like Edgars to update my name on ITC. I have a 24 hour access to my credit report.

I would like this to be sorted ASAP and once done I would like Edgars to contact me and inform me.

Also I want Edgars to send me an email that states that that my name has been updated on ITC

I would appreciate it if this would be sorted by Tuesday 07 May 2013.
