I have dealt with Northcliff Clicks for 1yr & always have issues: Unfriendly, unhelpful, slow staff;unknowledgeable about prescriptions;don't know how to load prescription;don't know what meds were for; don't write proper instructions on the label. Staff must be qualified&knowledgeable about prescript meds! Now they claimed for meds with Discovery I never collected&when I went to pick up meds from another clicks I had to pay cash. I tweeted & called Clicks to complain. No response on twitter. Discovery tried to help but can't.1st time I called Clicks they said it would take a week to respond. Really? Northcliff called to say it was the autorenewal for prescript. They never called/emailed/sms'd to let me know it. So how could i know? It's the 1st time they have done this in 1yr! I tried to say this to guy on phone-he was abrupt, rude&said I need to call complaints dept. When you deal with a pharmacy monthly you should be able to talk to them openly&explain issues. He cut me off&I hung up. I called customer care for 2nd time. Now have to wait for region manager to contact me to repeat complaints! Ridiculous! What kind of customer service is this?
