For the third time this week I shopped at this store, every time the till operator did not ask for my shopper card.
On handing the cash to pay for my goods I put the card on the counter, every time they do NOT swipe the card, saying they did not see it or it is too late, once I made them do a return on my entire shopping and redo the operation, the other times I have not had the time, as this is a long and drawn out process. Why support these stores if the staff is not trained? ALL other chain stores, Clicks, CNA, Edgars, Woolworths, etc... ask for the loyalty card. Pick 'n Pay not.
