I was at the store on today, 2013-05-02 at around 16:30. I was looking for a pair of todler shoes and I found them. the problem was that there was only one shoe available on the shelf in the size that I wanted. The other shoe was no where to be found. So I asked the lady who was said to be responsible for the shoe section (Bheki) to help me find the other shoe because I already had the one in my hand. The lady just walked on saying I must just look around the floor. I looked and still could not find it. I then asked Bheki to help me find the shoe again but she said that it's us (customer's) fault that the shoes are mixed up and that I should just continue looking because she will not help me. Desparately, I continued looking and eventually found the shoe.
I continued to the paypoint where I was told that the shoes have no price tag so I must go back to the floor to find one that has a tag. I asked the lady to send a store employee to bring that shoe but she said there was no one available. So I went back, brought another paironly to find the staff asking" Who am I to demand special treatment"?
The attidude of the staff in that store is very rude and they are lazy. Please help
