After purchasing a camera unit from Spytek on the 5th April 2013 I returned the unit on the 12th April 2013. I was informed the refund of R1, 950.00 will be done.
on the 23rd April 2013 I have requested an answer via email on the refunding without success. The 24th April 2013 I phone them with a reply they will send me an email confirming the refund date. No response received.
On the 24th April 2013 another email was send requesting feedback with no response received.
