I phone on the 23rd of February 2013, to cancel mty ADT armed response. I was told its one month notice. Then I was told to send a mail to some email address, which I did. I also said that I want to cancel my armed response, but keep the local neighbourhood scheme contract in place.
On 15 April, I followed up and was told that the cancellation email was never received. So I emailed it again to the person I spoke to as she requested it. On 19 April I called again, and guess what, no email received.
I will now start reversing my debit orders as at the end of this month. Pity, because I really want to keep the LSS. Word of advice to anyone, don't sign a debit order if you go with ADT.
