Good day, This is now the third time I am writing about this matter and it will be the last time. I last heard from Netstar regarding issue about my damaged panel in my car before the Easter weekend and now almost three weeks along, there has been no communication from them and I cannot believe that it will take this long to resolve my issue. My conclusion is that Netstar are not going to repair the damaged panel, therefore I DON'T WANT the Netstar device in my car. I want Netstar to REMOVE the device from my vehicle and I will make use of another tracking Company that will be interested in me as a Customer.
So please Netstar, I will be placing a stop payment on the debit order today for your monthly premiums and you must come remove the device from my car.
I am fed up with your pathetic excuses and NON DELIVERY on promises made by you, your Employees.
I await your phone call to make arrangements to remove the device.
