Over the last year I have been told 3 times that I am behind in payments. Every single time I have to waste my time to proof that I did pay by getting bank statements etc. Every single month I pay on time and send the proof of payment directly to the accounts department but yet every few months I am contacted with a request to make a payment due to me being behind in payment. How many times is this still going to happen? Is this really fair on me who pay every month and on time to be told every now and again that I am not paying? This is really the worst service I haven ever came across from any accounts department in my 40 years of age. Can you please employ competent people in your accounts department who actually are friendly first of all and secondly actually can do the work? This time I will not take call from you. This time I will not send proof of payments and if you disconnect the service I will take you to court. I am sick of your poor service and me having to waste my time every time so now you can go waste your own time. I have also continuously asked for top management to contact me but this also falls on death ears. Clearly you dont care about your clients!
