I have tried for two full days to get hold of anyone in accounts at ADT. our debit order bounced and i was trying to repay it. BUT it is impossible to get hold of the accounts dept. numerous people gave me the direct line, the general line etc. I also left messages for them to get hold of me and no such luck. I know i am not the only one to make this complaint... but it does serious things to their reputation, lets hope their emergency service is better...
please assist urgently
