Matt did not want to start setting up the electrical fence before the deposit is paid over. Thereafter it took time to get him to come out and when he started work, he did not complete the work. The work he did only cover a third of the deposit paid to him. Also the way he set up the fence above the gate is hazardous. Matt cancels calls to his number or let them go to voicemail. No response on asking him to return the deposit money exceeding the work he did.
