I logged a complaint on the 19th of March regarding a refund which was not occurring. I was contacted the next day by Johnathan from query resolution who stated that with him dealing with the query the issue would be resolved. I truly believed this would was going to be the case and also understood the issue about public holidays. It has now been 15 days with no result! I have emailed and phoned close to 10 times and each time I have been told that it will be paid that day. I have just checked my bank account (after 8 in the evening when the banks would have processed all transactions) with once again no payment. This is now becoming absolutely diabolical. During this period ADT has seen fit to take 2 debit orders from my account but cannot find the time to pay my refund! Will a senior ADT manager finally take the time to sort thIs minor yet frustrating issue out due to junior staff incompetencies?
