I had to install a tracker unit in my vehicle for insurance purposes. For the first year or so, I was contacted every time I would travel outside my home town. This reassuring action suddenly stopped. I queried about it since I suspected my vehicle is not being monitored anymore even though the money gets deducted from my account. My suspicions were confrimed when I drove around yesterday for about 40 minutes without the tracker device given to me. No response from Tracker at all. (And I notified them that I was going to test it.) When I contacted them I was informed that it was now MY responsibility to test their equipment! I asked that they phone me back to have a technician come and fix their equipment. No response yet.
