I called ADT in December 2012 to relocate my alarm, I was given incorrect info by a ADT consultant, Shaena Lambert, so ADT decided to give me 3 months free subs to make up for their error, this was advised to me by a guy called Sandile. Because my debit order had already gone off for December, they told me that my next debit order would only be deducted at end April 2013. Low & and behold, ADT deducted money from my bank account on 25/03/13. I called the call center on 26 March 2013 and spoke with Thando Njokwana and was told there is no notes on the system regarding the 3 free months I am referring to. After explaining the situation to her, she put me on hold and spoke with Sandile, and has promised to call me back later that day after she has spoken with credit control. It is now 8 days later, and nobody has called me back. I spoke to the guy who installed my alarm, and he confirmed that on my contract, it clearly states that I will receive 3 months free subs due to ADT's wrong information given to me. I want feedback ASAP.
