3 Years ago we had ADT system installed. We paid for the alarm and have since used their services. One of our remotes stopped functioning and now I want to reprogram my system where I am told only ADT can do it at a cost of R460 which is totally ridiculous. I have requested the installation code as I am not technically challenged but they refuse to give it and also refuse to put me into contact with management using their call centre as a barrier.
I feel I have paid for that system so the system and its codes are mine as I have paid for it.
There call centre operators become abnogcious and antogonistic when you request to speak to a manage
