I recently had an issue with a Netstar device in my vehicle, after my first posting of a report on this Media, I had a sudden response from Altech Netstar where they jumped to try and sort out my issue. A technician came to Benoni from Meyerton to sort out the matter. After the technician had stripped my vehicle of the headlights, plastic panelling etc to remove the first device and reposition the second device, I noticed that a plastic panel below the steering was not back properly. I complained to the fitment centre and they sent a quality inspector out to view the problem. He was going to submit a report and then someone was going to report back to me with what they intended to do. That was over two weeks ago and no word! Do we as a customer have to cntinually chase up suppliers. I am of the mind to cancel the whole contract with Altech Netstar as their service is shocking. When one views the replies to other complaints from other people, it is always a non commital response and very stereo type, does Netstar not have someone to handle their replies who can think "out the box", it is a poor reflection of Altech Netstar.
