I would like to express my utter disgust to the way the Fidelity Security Guards are harassing Shoppers at Keywest. I was just doing my normal business at Keywest and a Fidelity Security Guard approached me and wanted to seach me for no good reason outside the mall on my way to Nandos. After I refused to be searched with no warrant, they grabbed me and harassed me and took me to their so called boss Ben, who seemed very and unprofessional in the way he handled the matter. This would be the second time this happening. I am consulting with my lawyer to make sure this will never happen again to innocent shoppers because they are black. I am a proffesional lady and I was coming innocently from work. The last time I got searched I missed my money and wallet by security guards at President Hyper so i don't itrust this security guards. On top of that more disturbing they didn't find anything in bag on both occasions. I know Fidelity as a professional body and they should address such issues.
