On the 9/01/2013 upon returning to work from leave, I noticed that my billing account for December was 2x the usual debit amount. I called and spoke to Cathleen who advised that there was a probelm as they double debited their clients & were fixing this (ref 3177142). I then explained that was not the problem, I was being billed for another vehicle that didnt belong to me. She transfered me to Ria in accounts who up till today, hasnt gotten back to me. On 4/2/2013 I spoke to David (ref3236740) as I wanted my account investigated to find out which loaded the vehicle onto my account & he transfered me to Anton Diedericks. Anton assured me that he will invesitigate the call and revert to me but up until today, there has been nothing! I mean how long can it take to pull a voice recording and correct my account? This is as I never instructed Altech to debit my account for a white G6 which doesnt even belong to me. Since December they have been taking money from my account & not fixing this mess they created! I demand that I be refunded for the incorrect debits and I WANT INTEREST ON THAT MONEY or else I will open a case against Altech & cancel my account!!
