On Sunday morning at 3:00am my car was, I informed Altech Netstar and they informed me that they will try and track the car, I was in such a state when I actually realised what has happened. I kept on phoning Altech Netstar looking for feedback or some sort of information all I received for the whole of Sunday was we cannot locate your car, when I asked Altech Netstar to inform me when last they actually tracked the car they could not tell me, in their words "our software does not enable us to do that"??? what is that Altech Netstar whole core business is to track cars when it is, they advertise this, they say this on the telephone but when something is actually happening or where you actually need them they cannot help you??? i am so so so shocked by this and this is false advertising and false promises that was made, on Monday the 11 March 2013 I received a sms from them stating that I need to pay them money??? i mean really, you honestly expect me to pay you another cent from my pocket if you can't even track my car???
