I have just recieved my statement from ADT which shows me in arrears for three months, I have tried calling the 011 321 4555 number for accounts but no one answers and even when general enquiries puts me through it rings and rings and rings and then disconnects. This is very very frustrating, is there ploy to bill for more and no that as a customer I have no way of correcting their mistakes. ADT has the worst customer service I have come across, this is the second time in less that 6 months I am having problems with them.
