On 31 January 2013, I cancelled my contract with Budget Insurance for the 2010, ford fiesta 1.4 I Ambiente, 5DR with registration number YXM 632 GP covered by them. The premium paid to them included the Netstar Tracker facilities. When I phoned customer service of Altech Netstar informing them that they should start deducting their premium direct into my account, due the fact that I have cancelled my contract with Budget Insurance. Two employees / consultants that I spoke to mentioned that according to their record my contract was cancelled since the 29 November 2011. My tracking device has been in active since the 29 November 2011 till 31 January 2013 and based on that they need to re-instate my account . to be continued
