I am receiving no feedback or response to my numerous emails requesting to terminate services with ADT.

Shocking service, when requesting a quotation, the company (ADT) had a salesman attend to my request within a few days. I informed the salesman that my lease on the property is for a year only and in order to secure his sale he confirmed that the contract would run on a month to month basis with an option to cancel with a months notice. Upon request to terminate services I receive no response from ADT at all.

They offer a brilliant service at the onset with promises to meet the clients needs just to make a sale. On request for termination, they ignore all means of communication, email, telephone etc.
