I bought a vehicle and IEMAS (my insurance) requested that I put in a tracker system. On the new car a tracker was already installed. In 2011 I cancelled my tracker account in Shelley Beach because I could not afford it any more. After a month Tracker was still deducting some money from my account even when I cancelled the debit order. They then notified me that I was still under contract and would end it prematurely and pay penalties (I COULD NOT CANCEL). Asked them to send me the signed contract and I am still waiting for it. I think misleading clients is very reckless, and clearly you don't live up to your company values because they don't even let them know that they I'm signing a three year contract. I want tracker to cancel all the existing accounts again. Doing business with them has become impossible. And the best off all now I must pay a R1758 for the Creditor. Now this is where the dodgy part comes in- Today I saw a Debit on my Account from tracker for R1758? The nerves this people have, I was so mad I went to the bank, and again stopped the debit order, and reversed the money again. This is not professional to do business like this...
