We had 4 accounts with Adt on the 03/12/2012 we have canceled 4 at the same time Pin00101.Red00222, Red00213 and Red00214. for some reason RED00213 and RED00214 was not stopped and we have done this by e-mail and also have the prove on the 18/01/2013 I have contacted them again and resend the e-mails which i was promise it will be stopped and they will refund us. Now up till today still nothing happens and they have taken it of again from the bank. What to do now??? They have already collected the radios so how is this possible??? please see to this as soon as possible.
