Since November 2012 I've been trying to get a billing issue resolved - ADT told me that there would be no account to me and I've been send bills on a monthly bases. I have now send numerous mails with not 1 reply - no I'm lying, 1 reply, to say that the e-mail address on the invoice is not in use anymore. So I used the address supplied - and nothing. Not from the accounts department, not from client care "Always There"... and not from the internet "contact us". Just NOTHING...
