Very much dissapointed in services

Ough a bakkie in June 2012, fitted with a tracker unit from tracker, bakkie on 5/11/12, bakkie recovered only 25/11/12;last response from tracker, unitil today 11/01/13 no respond from tracker, regarding what is wrong with the unit, billed my acc on 28/12/12 with R574, saying that they fitted a new tracking unit in bakkie. The most amazing side of this story is the the bakkie was still standing in Stikland @ vehicles in the SAP`s premesis. No one had acces to the bakkie, only the owners & the detectives. Tracker told me they installed a new unit on 28/11/12, thats why debited my acc, without making any arrangements with owners, Stikland pund (detectives) say tracker was never there. Im blaming them for my bakkie that, i blame them for a loss of income&i blame them for not having a bakkie again. Unfortuanately i must stay with them for 3yrs. I had poor service from day 1, when our vehicle was. I trusted their unit with my whole heart, unfortuanate we where very unlucky beacuse of tracker, i am still waiting on the Emergency supervisor/manager to come back with the report of the faulty unit & the finance dep for deducting a R574& yet no new device was fitted into the bakkie.
