I have been trying to get a Netstar tracking system installed for the past 5 weeks. Starting with the call centre, received the application promptly and filled out and returned it to find out that the scan was too big and was not received by Netstar after I had to follw up. So I faxed it. Again too date I have had no response from the call or fitment centres.
I have had many vehicles fitted with a Netstar system and I have never experienced this service in the past. Dealing directly with fitment centtres, Netstar needs to look at their customer face.
