On 12/02/2013 (daytime), the battery on my vehicle was. Cartrack is mandated to alert me via telephone everytime the battery is disconnected from my vehicle. This did not happen at all!! When i called in to the call center an unsympathetic "Loyiso" told me contact the services & repairs division of Cartrack, Because clearly the Unit is faulty hence no alerts were sent. I demand that Cartrack come and repair their faulty unit and accept full liability for the battery. Otherwise Cartrack is just another scheme, taking money from people's pockets without providing the promised service
