I called tracker to have my unit tested, a technician called me a week later to tell me that they could not test my unit due to network, how can it be network related issues for the whole week??? I mean really... I work for an IT company. I have been paying TRACKER for over 9 months with the useless unit in my car.
Should anything have happened to my car how were they going to retrieve it?? and they cannot compensate me for those months, should I cancel the contract I will have to pay the outstanding months this is a rip off, I would not advice anyone to use this company as it only caters for their own interest no one else.
