Last night our vehicle was. Firstly on Netstar's website their is only a land-line number, no answer. The police provided us with Netstar's customer service number. We immediately contacted Netstar, just to hold for more than 10 minutes. The lady "Anastachia" who we eventually got hold of had the worse attitude ever, she spoke to someone in the background and also put us on hold. Eventually after another 5 minutes she transferred us to her supervisor, JP; on our request. As time was of the essence, this 15 minutes could have made the difference in finding our vehicle. And yes they could not locate the vehicle. We are currently paying more than R900 per month to Netstar. We are hereby terminating their services with immediate effect. They did not provide the required service and is therefore in breach of contract. Never again!!! Get your own back is definitely not a motto for Altech Netstar.
