Nivia Automation serviced our gate motor about a month ago (January 2015) . Not sure what was done but since their visit to our property, the key doesn't fit into the keyhole on the pedestrian gate.
Today ( 11/02/15), the gate refused to close and was stuck in an open position, leaving my home exposed. I called Puven from Nivia Automation at approximately 6.15 pm. And explained what the problem was and asked if he could send someone out to have a look . I was prepared to pay the call out fee. His (Puven) response is that it was after hours and he can't assist. I said to him that this was an emergency and that if he didn't send anyone out, I would complain about the poor quality of his service. His response was to shout and scream over the telephone. His comment was that only Indian people would complain about other Indian people..... What a load of crap!!!!! He then put the phone down on me.
My husband tried calling him - and his (Puven) response was the same with more rudeness.
I'm not sure what he charged us R1000-00 rand for the previous time. When asked for assistance (barely a month later) his response is disgusting.
There's seems to be another complaint on this website about this company - surely multiple customers can't be wrong about the poor service that this company provides.
Puven from Nivia Automation is a rude individual who is unhelpful and unwilling to assist. If he can't help, he shouldn't be put down as a contact person for Nivia Automation.
People and potential customers should be wary of poor workmanship and pathetic customer service from Nivia Automation.
