I have been with Chubb for almost 3 years now. Not once have they reacted in a decent time frame. When completing our application I gave permission for them to jump over the wall in case of emergency but IF they arrive they stand in front of the gate and state all clear.
On 3 occassions now I've arrived home before they have and checked out the place myself. Today, they show up 2 hours later!! When i asked that they react immediately over a period if the alarm sounds since we'll be out of town, they answered that they dont offer that service.
What kind of armed response is this?? I am utterly disappointed and glad i'm still alive. Definitely changing my armed response company TODAY!
