I have cancelled my ADT security during October when I switched to a new insurance company. I called the call centre and requested a cancellation as your service is no longer needed as I have excluded the alarm form my policy, due to the fact that if ADT responds all I got each and every time is "No Access"
Yet you try to force me to buy some key lock that is assessable to you AND CRIMINALS. The service has been horrendous during my time with you, and many times I have complained about the pathetic service I have received. I do not have a contract with you was on month to month
My contract was cancelled so stop calling me, sms'ing me and threatening me for payment. You will not get another cent out of me!!
Last week I was called by someone I explained the story to her and she promised to get back to me. Today I call Winnie Bochelle and she said she is going to get her manager to call me, It is now 2 hours later and I am still waiting for the call.
I await someone from management to call me and sort this out!!!
