NO FEEDBACK ON BAD PRODUCTS

A security keypad on one of our gates stopped working and they never seem to have the personal to have it fixed, until they were put to terms they were able to send someone on 14 December 2013 to come and have the faulty keypad removed, not fixed. Since then another security keypad on another gate stopped working, on 9 January 2014 they again removed the faulty keypad, still with no reply to whats wrong with the 1st keypad that's been removed. Up to date we haven't received any feedback to whats wrong with the keypads. we need to phone them to get an update, only to hear that they don't no whats going on and that they struggle to get feedback from the supplier. As we are ADT's Klient, this is not our problem if they don't get feedback from their suppliers, and is it ADT's obligation to serve their clients and not to make their problems their clients problem. on Monday 3 February 2014, yet another keypad has gone, and we were assured that the product is their best product for the kind of security we required.
