Its so ironic that a company who boast that customer service is their number one priority. This industry has been exploited into a money making scheme because you are forced to get a tracking device in order for vehicle insurance. I was forced into "taking up" another offer with Netstar because of ridiculous cancellation fees. That is not my complaint. Every time you contact the call centre you have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for a consultant to answer. They don't even listen to your query but instead brush you of to someone else and you are forced to wait again. I am trying to enquire about my billing and request a statement from date of inception. That's all, I am not asking for a refund or to be re-imbursed in any way. Is that too difficult of a request? Touch wood and forbid, if my vehicle gets and I receive this level of service!!!
