Called the customer service on 011 207 5006, and waited for a staff member to answer but every time I mention that I want to cancel my contract they say they cant help me and put me on hold, been on the phone for over an hour, and I'm not even exaggerating.
I'm starting to think that its almost impossible to get out a contract with Netstar because they were very fast to sign me up, having done so in under 40mins over the phone.
I don't see why I should be paying for a service when I don't even have a vehicle to track.
