After huge fights a couple of months ago, Altech being unable to retrieve my contract and them incorrectly billing my account AGAIN with R1700, I GIVE UP!!
My contract expired and they assured me the previous time that no money will be debited from my account again... How should I trust these people having my bank account details if they take money from my account at any given time? And then getting your money back is an even bigger issue than their service...
I do not check my bank account statements every day and by accident saw this debit order went off AGAIN!
I expect my money back in my account YESTERDAY, not again a week later after I were asssured my money was paid back the same day!!
The NCA stipulates that NO INSTITUTION are authorised to deduct money from any account without the account holders consent and I can assure you that my consent were NOT given.
