Very incompetent. Technical problem not solved

I reported technical problem in no vlast year, ADT technician came in, worked on the system and did a test. Then in few days left for Italy, just 2 days after the alarm went off and didn't go off cause of technical problem. Then I was on the phone from Italy with ADT to try solve the problem and it went off for 45 mins with no response guys going in to my complex. My neighbor open to stop it. I have a telephone bill of EUR54 cause of ADT. I was home for only a week in December, when I'm around Johannesburg, my alarm always work but only when I'm out of town, it always goes off after every second or third day while away. The 2 nod incident happened while in Cape Town, first week of January, the second day when in Cape Town it went off for 1hour 45 mins, had to be on the phone with ADT and my complex security. ADT person that the complex security stop ADT car access to the complex, she then said no the response car went but was at the gate, I told her I don't pay for the complex only my unit inside the complex. My neighbor had keys but didn't want to go inside before the response car was there. The ADT response guard claimed not to hv the address. Another phone bill cost.
