Well what can i say one only has to look at the complaints vs the compliments and it says it all, come on Mr Venter it looks like your beloved company is falling apart? in September 2013 I bought my son his first car and when I inquired about a Sat Tracker I was advised to go for the Cybersleuth option as it would ad greater safety in that I could monitor the whereabouts of the vehicle especially while he was up in JHB (Gangsters Paradise) since the initial instillation the unit has been replaced and then never worked properly again on and off and at one stage it has been showing the vehicle in Russia somewhere? What am i paying for here it!! again this weekend i decide to test the unit and guess what its not working... not taking my user and pin and not even taking the reset pin provided by the first operator... again i try still no response then i call again and the 2nd operator simply tells me the system is down again and he does not know when it will be functional again... still no one answers your emails or even bothers to respond to your calls... i am going to now have the unit removed the D/O cancelled and start preparing for a court case anyone with me on this one???
