BAD SERVICE!

My husband and I moved into our new home about a week ago and the house we bought had Chubb security. We informed Chubb we want to take over the contract. They send someone almost immediately to finalize the admin part. Three days after that, our alarm started to go of every time we switch it on. I phoned Chubb technical department to make an appointment. I specifically confirmed the time and date with Mr du Toit. The day of the appointment, nobody showed up. I phoned Mr du Toit more that 4 times to make sure that they had the right address etc. They told me they phoned my husband and he does not know about the appointment (while by husband is waiting from them at our house and never received a call). I again confirmed the address and asked them to send a technician since my husband cant take of from work again. They again confirmed the technician will be there in 5 minutes. 2 hours later - still no technician. I phoned, left messages for managers, tried everything - still no technician. O and they ask R250-00 for this appointment. Luckily we did not sign a contract yet and we will not continue to use their services and will also not recommend Chubb to anyone.
