BROKE SAFETY OF SECURITY FRONT GATE

I have lived at my property for 5 years. On 28/01/2014 at about 14:45 we arrive home to find ADT here with one of the guys inside my property with my front security motorised gate open, to be told he came into my property as I didn't respond to calls. My property is clearly viewed from the outside therefore there is no need to come inside. Why did ADT have to break the security safety of the motorised front gate to gain access? My alarm went off this morning, I called ADT to give them my address & password not to come out, but the security guard came out, . I called ADT again, ADT said they have no control, then I was put through to the Manager, who had an excuse the name is under another 1st name, ADT uses surnames, not 1st names. The Manager ignores to fix the security safety of the gate & all other issues out urgently. CALL ON THE NUMBER PROVIDED HERE.
