Upon dailing 0860605040 i held on for 8.05min before Thandeka answers the call i tell her that i have been holding the line for 8.05 min i tell her i have holding for 8 min all she says is imm upon no remouse not even saying sorry for holding so long i ask not to speak to her as she is not friendly at all, i than asked to speak to someone else she transfers me to the call queue again holding on for another 5 min before someone assisted me.
