Regarding ADT armed response now on 3 occasions my family & I have been out at Canal Walk and have had our house alarm activated. We were informed by the control room that armed response was outside the property but cannot gain access to the property, as there are spikes on the wall? There are spikes but on the main gate. Then the other excuse was they cant get over the 6foot wall? Finally there are vicious dogs on the property... there is a puppy 8months old and a small jack russel?? Now on the one side of the house next to the garage outside the property, the wall is just over 5foot. And in the front of the house is a slit where the post goes in, you can easily climb up there and over?? The final straw was Saturday19 2013 when alarm was activated, we were informed that the armed response cannot get over the wall as there are spikes on the wall? The manager on duty at the call center mentioned she is aware of this issue, and was going to call armed response and make sure he gets over the wall. We left our movie and rushed home. Scared our home was being ransacked, i was scared for my 3small dogs in the house as well. As arriving@the house we saw armed response looking through the
