I had a car insurance with DialDirect and they told me to get tracker installed on the car and the costs are covered by the insurance. After the tracker was installed the alarm they asked me to sign proof of installation copy.
I returned the car in 2010 and then cancelled the contract with dialdirect then tracker started calling saying I had a contract with them.
This year I paid tracker just to clear my name as they decided to blacklist me and I even have a letter proofing that I paid them in full. However I got surprised when I got a report that I owe tracker
I want my name cleared and will never use their services in anyway as they feel thay can do what they wish and mess up your name in the process
