After having one bad experience after another with RSS for a number of weeks (way too many to list), I was officially disgusted when I established that firstly, all our panic buttons aren't silent as we were told and secondly, RSS don't respond to panic button alerts. This was established when I pushed all the panic buttons after I realised that they didn't respond to the first. An hour later someone came and told us our fence was activated (bizarre). Having 'invested' in security it is actually a waste of money if the security company doesn't take your security seriously. Many incidents with RSS before this have proven this point to us but misrepresented panic buttons take the cake. Hopefully CPA will have to come to the rescue since I have escalated enough issues within RSS already and can not waste any more of my time dealing with a security company that have proven over and over that they can not get alot of the basics right.
