Call centre agents not updating information

I subscribed as an adt customer for close to 2 years now, everytime the adt securities respond to an alarm, they would use a remote control placed on a security box on the gate, using a certain code allocated to them. The problem started when our gate system chaged from a remote control to gate keeper (cellphone linked) I called adt to inform them taht everytime they respond to an alarm, I must open the gate for them using my cell phone, so as susal they will have to call me, then i will open for their securities. That never happened, all the time when they respond to an alarm, you will see their security stuck at the gate, not knowing what to do, and they would not call sometimes.

According to the COnsumer Protection Act, if the service provider doesnt deliver as agreed, I am allowed to terminate our agreement, as they wont be able to access my place when needed, so its useless to have them, they wont make any diffrence if anyone breaks into the house, as they wont be able to acces my place. I contacted their call centre more than 5 times to complain, but nothing has been done.
