Fault alarm

Our alarm goes off for no reason, and we logged a call for it to be checked out. There was a guy from Chubb out towards end oct/early nov and said the alarm wasnt installed correctly and he would need to send the guys that installed it out to fix it. Since then we havent heard anything regarding this. We call the call centre and they take messages but nobody ever gets back. We're told we need to contact Jon Taylor but we dont get hold of him neither and have left numerous messages for him as well. Also, we had a digipad installed in order for the response team to get into the premises, but thats not working neither and now if we arent at home and the alarm goes off (which happens often), the technicians cant get in to see if there really is an emergency or not. This has also been reported and nothing has been done about it. We are paying every month for something that isnt working, and sending false alarms out, and what happens the day that there really is an emergency??? When the alarm goes off and we are at home, we dont even hear the siren, we just get a call from the control room saying there is an alarm. Unacceptable!
