Had my new alarm installed friday, sunday it broke. waiting 2 days to have it repaired... few days later alarm went off, chubb called me. i said please send someone... 2 hours later i call chubb to ask whats happening? the lady says they could not get hold of the armed response guy but they called the police, i call the police station, they said they dont know anything... i email chubb... i get a notification of the email.. no reply since wednesday 30 jan 2013. and to think I AM A NEW CLIENT!!!
i never ever seen a chubb car drving around in strandfontein???
i hope chubb reads this, i want the shiiiit alarm removed... and i want nothing to do with weak chubb. i will rather use ADT or a local armed response company.
