I have 7 skytrax units installed in different vehicles.
I have recently sold 2 of my vehicles and I have arranged with the new owner that they should take over the units.
I have sent and email and contacted the call centre on numerous occasions. It is now 3 days later and no body has contacted the new owners to arrange the transfer of the units.
In the mean while I have signed up for a new unit. So now I am paying for the 2 units that supposed to be transferred and I am paying for the new unit as well.
This is not the first incident. When you sign up for a new contract they are very quick to sort it out.
The after sales service stinks.
Tracker makes life very difficult when you sell your vehicle.
