Extremely bad service on a minor issue

Good day. In October 2012 Matrix installed an MX 2 Tracking device on my vehicle which came with a card one could put in his or her wallet. Since then, I have been paying all installments religiously and they have been giving me good service. In December 2013 as I was browsing the Matrix website, I discovered that MX2 customers are now eligible to Panic Button Remotes. After learning about the Panic Button Remote, I called Matrix to inquire about that. I was told that I need to take my vehicle to a fitment centre where they could give me a Panic Remote Button and I was supposed to submit the card I used to have. I went to the fitment centre and received my Panic Remote Button. For some time it was working last year, but when I tested it this year it wasn't working anymore. I could press the Panic Remote Button for 5 seconds and never receive a call from Matrix. I called the whole of last week to resolve the issue and I was given 00043403 as my reference number. Each time I call, I'm told my request has been logged or escalated to the technical department and Matrix was going to get back to me within 48 hours. Since last week, it hasn't been 48 hours in Matrix's calender.
